- Open the required report.
- Check the report identity and dates above the results.
- Select Dump to Excel.
-
Follow the applicable download path:
- Standard risk and P&L reports: Notification Center opens after an accepted request. The File request sent! message confirms submission; the workbook is still being prepared. Locate the matching notification, wait for Download, then select Download.
- Historical P&L reports within VaR: the workbook downloads automatically after preparation. These exports do not require Notification Center.
-
Check the browser’s download list for the
.xlsxfile. - Open the workbook.
Which data does the workbook contain?
The export uses authorized report data and the configured Excel output. Browser-grid filters, sorting, column visibility, and grouping are not submitted by Dump to Excel. Historical P&L exports still apply report filters and drill-down filters selected in the parent VaR report. For risk reports, an Excel export configuration can select columns, apply filters, group data, or exclude error rows. Consequently, this action does not guarantee every raw row or every report field appears in the workbook. Use Export to Excel when the current table’s filters, sorting, and grouping should influence the export. What can prevent a download?
