Authorizations

Authorization
string
header
required

OAuth2 access-token requested from AWS Cognito and provided as a Auth Bearer header

Body

JSON request with a non-empty Positions list and a supported PortfolioType available to the authenticated caller.

Portfolio source and proposed trades submitted for additive Risk Portal booking or Enfusion identifier stamping.

$type
enum<string>
required
Available options:
Derivitec.Web.Core.TradeBooking.ApiValidateAndBookTradesRequest, Derivitec.Web.Core
portfolio_type
enum<string> | null

Portfolio category used to resolve the requested portfolio. It may be omitted when the portfolio name resolves unambiguously.

Available options:
derivitec,
enfusion,
orchestrade,
liquidity_book,
maia,
fund_studio,
not_set
positions
object[] | null

Proposed new trades. Risk Portal booking requires an active existing book with edit permission and an explicit finite TradedPriceToday for products that require a unit price. The submitted trade date is retained. Unsupported booking terms reject the request before any trade is written. Omitted lookback fixing means inactive; an explicitly empty FX basket is rejected instead of reusing the legacy pair list; null commodity-future settlement derives from the selected market.

Response

Returns aggregate success and errors, with grouped parsing results on validation or Risk Portal booking failure. The legacy import-result field is unused.

Outcome of batch validation and source-specific submission. Risk Portal position changes are saved in one additive batch after all trade events are generated; contract definitions may already have been saved if position persistence fails.

$type
enum<string>
required
Available options:
Derivitec.Web.Core.TradeBooking.ApiValidateAndBookTradesResponse, Derivitec.Web.Core
is_success
boolean

Whether the operation completed successfully. The default is true; error outcomes set it to false.

Example:

true

error_messages
string[] | null

Messages explaining operation-level failures. The collection is empty by default.

parsed_trades
object[] | null

Per-contract-table parsing results returned on a validation or booking failure. Results are grouped by contract type and cannot be matched to submitted positions by index.

import_responses
object[] | null

Legacy import-result field retained for response compatibility. Interactive booking does not use spreadsheet imports and leaves this field null.
