Use this operation to publish dated, order-independent equity-pair correlations to a non-default provider
that the caller may edit. Every row needs two supported equity identifiers, a date-only market date, and a
unitless coefficient from -1 through 1. Duplicate rows for a pair and date must agree. UseBestEffort
defaults to false; when true, valid pairs can be stored despite unsupported identifiers, conflicts, or invalid
coefficients. Accepted rows replace values with the same provider, pair, and date before the response returns.
