Calculate equity-volatility-index values across dates.
Use this operation to evaluate equity-volatility-index surfaces at requested strikes and one maturity on each business day in an inclusive range. A non-business start date moves to the following business day. Results can include data from authorised provider and organisation scopes, with Derivitec fallback, and no market data is changed.
