Effortlessly create, update, and manage your task definitions, whether individually or in bulk with a simple CSV upload. Seamlessly execute workflow actions like publishing or archiving, all in one intuitive interface.

See Task Configuration screen for details.

Dedicated Sign-Off Tasks Screen

Introducing the Tasks screen: your ultimate daily productivity hub. Seamlessly access and manage all your tasks across your task definitions in one place. Start, process, and track every task, and see any adjustments made.

See Tasks screen for details.

Bulk Adjustment upload/download

You can now quickly perform adjustments in bulk by uploading A CSV file containing adjustments in the Sign-Off Tasks screen.

Restart tasks with adjustments

You can now restart tasks while keeping the adjustments previously executed. When restarting a task, Atoti Sign-Off now asks you if you want to keep or remove any executed adjustments for that task.

Improvements

Streamlined adjustments

You can now select Sign-off tasks in the Adjustment modal to streamline the adjustment process. In addition, now Atoti Sign-Off makes sure that adjustments are only performed on tasks with a valid scope.

Overlapping scopes

Atoti Sign-Off now prevents you from creating definitions on overlapping scopes. For details on what overlapping scopes are, see Overlapping scopes.

New features

Get started faster

Atoti Sign-Off 5.3.0 is powered by the latest versions of Atoti Server and Spring. This inherits several Atoti Server Spring Boot Starters that let developers get started quicker with less code. Less code means less maintenance, easier upgrades, and more time to work on the features you care about.

UI update

Atoti UI has been upgraded to 5.2.x. For more details on this version, see the Atoti UI documentation.

The Task Toolbox filters now also apply to the Adjustment executions widget, so you can easily see adjustments relating to a given task. A new checkbox in the Task Toolbox lets you prevent filters from being applied to the relevant widgets.

5.1.0

Summary

New features

Re-applying adjustments

Experience uninterrupted workflow efficiency with our latest enhancement. In the rare event of an application server disruption, this feature ensures that any prior adjustments for tasks awaiting approval are instantly and accurately re-applied upon restart. Keep your focus on the tasks that matter, as our system diligently safeguards your progress for a seamless transition back to business as usual.

For more details, see Adjustments.

Improvements

Multi-member selection

Create more complex scopes with our improvement to member selection. You can now select multiple members within a given level, instead of just one.

Unique task names

This improvement helps eliminate ambiguity and ensures good naming practices. Task definitions must now be created with a unique name. Creating a task definition with a name that already exists in the database results in an error.
