The Scaled Gross JTD measure is the Gross JTD scaled according to maturity. The maturity scaling has a ceiling of 1 (sa.drc.maturity.max) and a floor of 0.25 (sa.drc.maturity.min). If no maturity is provided, the scale factor is set to 0.25 (sa.drc.maturity.default).
