Retrieve organisation capabilities.
Returns organisation-level availability and feature settings for the current user, including live-data and run-as capabilities. A configured user-interface URL is returned only when it is an absolute HTTP(S) URL. Saved-report Atoti availability requires an authenticated organisation with enabled, valid private routing and credentials in the current environment. Local Development additionally requires loopback services. Availability does not grant report access or confirm runtime readiness. This operation is read-only; a missing organisation yields the response’s default or null capability values.
