Retrieve a page of rows from a report run.

Queries available result rows without starting or waiting for a report run. Grid paging uses a zero-based StartRow offset and an exclusive EndRow bound; their defaults are 0 and 50. Group columns, group keys, value columns, filters, sorting, and the time-series flag shape the result. A LastRow of -1 means the final row count is not yet established. Caller and access context are server-managed, and an unavailable or restricted run can return an unsuccessful response envelope.
