Search accessible PnL report-run history.

Returns a bounded page of PnL run history within the current caller’s report and portfolio access. The Period presets use UTC calendar-date boundaries and default to All. Client grid filters cannot widen access. This is a history read, not execution polling; LastRow = -1 means another page may exist, while any other value is the final row count. No retention or ordering guarantee is made.
