Remove a book from a portfolio.
Removes one direct book-to-portfolio relationship. The caller needs Edit or Owner access to
the portfolio and the named book must be available to the caller; other relationships for the book are unaffected. The
current response does not reliably distinguish an absent relationship from a removed one.
