Retrieve tradable contracts by identifier.
Use this operation to expand persisted tradable identifiers into public contract definitions and display
names. TradableIds must be non-empty; duplicate values do not produce duplicate retrieval work.
Provider selection defaults to the caller’s organisation. Unsupported identifiers can be reported while
successfully available contracts are still returned. The operation is read-only and completes before returning.
