MutableStoreDescriptionBuilder

Full implementation of the core Atoti Server IStoreDescriptionBuilder nested interfaces. Stores a single IMutableStore instance alongside an IDatastoreConfigurator instance. All relevant methods delegate to the two instances. The final build() method uses the two instances to build and forward the appropriate fluent API calls given the initial chain and any defined customisations.
