To ease the migration to the next version of Atoti,some classes and methods have been deprecated in the current version. Adopting the new way of doing things already in the current version makes the future migration smoother and offers an opportunity to provide feedback on the changes. REST API

Version 9

Version 9 of the REST services, under /activeviam/pivot/rest/v9, will be removed in 6.3.0. Move the REST clients to version 10:
  • Replace /activeviam/pivot/rest/v9 with /activeviam/pivot/rest/v10 in the paths of the Discovery, Configuration, Data Export and Query APIs. Version 10 serves the same operations.
  • Replace /activeviam/pivot/rest/v9/database with /activeviam/database/rest/v10 in the paths of the Database API. The Atoti Server starter only serves the version 10 Database API when atoti.server.endpoint.database.security.enabled is true, and the default is false. See Database REST API.
  • Call useEndpointDatabaseV10() on a RemoteDatabaseServiceBuilder, so that the database service it builds targets version 10 of the Database API of the remote server.
  • Replace ActivePivotRestServices.REST_API_URL_PREFIX_V9 with ActivePivotRestServices.REST_API_URL_PREFIX, or with DatabaseRestServices.REST_API_URL_PREFIX for the Database API.
The WebSocket API under /activeviam/pivot/ws/v9 is not affected.
