columns element describes how output columns will be populated.
The output file’s columns map to one of the following types:
- Level (levelOutputColumn)
- Lowest Level (lowestLevelOutputColumn)
- Field (fieldOutputColumn)
- Measure (measureOutputColumn)
- Static value (echoOutputColumn)
- Value which requires some logic (extractProcValueOutputColumn)
