Submit a P&L report run.
Submits a run and immediately returns its opaque report-run identifier; it does not return result tables or
wait for a completed status. FinalDate and optional InitialDate are interpreted as calendar
dates. RunDateIsToday replaces the final date with today. A lookback derives the initial date; when
no lookback is supplied, an explicit initial date is treated as the preceding calendar day. Clients should
retain the response ReportId as the authoritative run key; the request Id is a submission
identifier and is not the key for later data queries.
