New features

In-line adjustments integrated into table widgets

The adjustment process has been enhanced so that you can adjust data directly within the atoti table widgets. This allows multiple adjustments to be performed across many locations quickly and efficiently.

See the Perform the adjustments in the UI page for details.

Streamlined task review

The task review process has been enhanced. When you access a linked dashboard from a task for more information, you can now review the task directly within the dashboard, eliminating the need to navigate back to the Tasks screen and thus streamlining your workflow.

See Start tasks, request approval, approve tasks page for details.

Workflow file attachments

You can now attach files directly to each step of the workflow when configured.

See Workflow attachments page for details.

Bulk deletion of adjustments

Adjustments can now be deleted in bulk by selecting them in the Tasks screen and clicking delete.

See Delete adjustments for details.

Real-time updates

The Task configuration screen and the Tasks screen are now updated in real-time by default.

See the Task Configuration Screen and Tasks screen page for details.

Free-form scope selection

You can now create a Sign-Off task definition using a member from a scope that is not currently available in the cube.

See the Create task definitions in the UI page for details.

Improvements

Error handling

The handling of server errors in the UI has been significantly enhanced. When uploading a Sign-Off task definition file, any errors encountered will be highlighted within the offending cell in the preview, along with detailed error information. Additionally, when creating a Sign-Off task definition, any server-side errors are displayed directly beneath the relevant field within the form. These improvements provide clearer feedback, making it easier for users to identify, understand, and resolve errors efficiently.

UI Recoverability

Non-sign-off features will remain accessible even if the Atoti Sign-Off server is unavailable.
