- Dashboards no longer queue behind a single shared reload when many task actions happen at once, so updates appear faster under heavy use.
- Loading sign-off definitions and tasks is faster. As-of-dates, audit history, and adjustment definitions are now resolved with fewer, batched queries instead of one query per item.
- The Dependencies page no longer lists a new table with every release. Atoti Sign-Off dependencies now follow the Atoti Server version. See the Atoti Server dependencies page for the underlying Spring Boot and Java versions.
- Creating or updating a sign-off definition as a user outside its candidate group now correctly returns a permission error instead of a server error.
- Adjustment and export status checks no longer get stuck after a temporary failure. Failed checks are now retried automatically, and the operation is marked as failed after repeated attempts.
- A status update could occasionally be missed if it arrived just before the related record was saved. This timing issue no longer occurs.
- Adjustments no longer show an outdated status, such as remaining “Requested” after the execution has actually finished.
- Opening the Definitions, Tasks, or Adjustments screens no longer fails once an installation holds several thousand sign-off tasks. These screens now load data in batches instead of all at once.
- Rolling back a sign-off that was exporting no longer leaves an abandoned export status check running in the background.
- The “Create Sign-Off Task Configuration” button is now disabled for users who lack permission to create a definition. Previously, they only learned this after submitting the form.
- Atoti Sign-Off now starts correctly for applications that supply their own custom export status handling.

- Opening the Definitions, Tasks and Task Configuration screens is significantly faster, especially when the databases are reached over the network.
- Dashboard and notification event streams are no longer buffered or compressed by reverse proxies, so real-time updates are delivered as they happen instead of only once the stream ends.
- Realtime mode no longer spawns excessive threads for transactional CRUD operations, and opening several screens at once no longer leaves some of them without their initial data.

Improved adjustment workflow
The adjustment process has been improved to deliver greater efficiency and transparency:Immediate Adjustments:- Users with the appropriate permissions can adjust cells instantly, accelerating the workflow and reducing delays.
- Adjustments and related commentary are displayed alongside the underlying data, in the process task drawer, enabling users to review changes and their impact without losing context.
- Users now have the option to adjust data and review Sign-Off tasks directly within the dashboard, without the need for navigating through the tasks screen, reducing unnecessary navigation and clicks.
