Sign-Off
Sign-off process and workflow
The Accelerator uses the separate Sign-off Module to handle the sign-off
approval process. The concept of sign-off tasks is used to define the
scope of the data to be approved. Each step in the workflow is fully
persisted in an audit trail. The sign-off approval procedure is subject
to formal workflow and sign-off that you can customise in the following
configurable elements.
Sign-off process and workflow including a configurable level of
approval or sign-off (e.g. portfolio, book, etc.)
Range of adjustments at datastore-level and cube-level
Extraction and reload of approved data to and from a persistence
layer
Dashboards to oversee the flows and the process
Audit trail in which all workflow interactions (adjustments, etc.)
are persisted.
For details, see the Sign-Off Module
documentation
