Store Field	Key	Type	Cube Field
			(FXRates is a standalone Store - none of its fields are disseminated to the Cubes)
BaseCcy	Y	String	N - Only used for lookups - the fields are retrieved from the relevant cubes.
CounterCcy	Y	String	N - Only used for lookups - the fields are retrieved from the relevant cubes.
FxRate		Double	N - This field is not a part of any cube - it is calculated using the two fields above (BaseCcy and CounterCcy).
