Upgrade of dependencies

The dependencies in the POM file of the project have been upgraded to be compatible with Atoti Server 6.0. In particular, the tools-parent-pom has been upgraded to version 2.0.0, and the common-dependencies-bom dependency has been upgraded to 3.0.0.
