## Base Currency

| Hierarchy     | Description                                                                                                     |

| Base Currency | Risk-free currency, other currencies generates risk when converted to this one.                                 |
| FX Effect     | Analysis hierarchy used to split the VaR between the specific risk and the risk generated by the FX conversion. |
