# Legal entity attributes

This file contains a description of the legal entities.

This Legal Entity Attributes file type is identified using the pattern: **\*\*/LegalEntityAttributes\*.csv** (as specified by legal-entity.attributes.file-pattern). A sample file is `LegalEntityAttributes`. This file is loaded using the **LegalEntityAttributes** topic. See the [Topic Aliases table](../dev/dev-ref-impl/dev-dlc/dlc-frtb-config#topic-aliases) for an understanding of the topic aliases associated with each topic.
