# Publish a portfolio to organisation administrators.

> Use this operation as the owner of a Derivitec-managed portfolio to grant `Edit` access to
organisation administrators and organisation executives. Existing grants to the same portfolio are
retained; a same-name collision with a different portfolio stops publication. Zero recipients currently
produce a successful result, so callers must not infer that a recipient existed. All attempted grants
complete before returning.
