# Clear the current Atoti browser session.

> No JWT or enabled Atoti organisation is required. Call over HTTPS with a matching Origin on an allowed portal host. Credentials are ignored and no identity or permission lookup is performed. Removes only the dedicated host-only /atoti cookie even when it is absent or expired. The parent frontend must tear down its iframe and connections on logout; clearing the cookie does not revoke connections already accepted by other tabs. Does not end the identity-provider session.
