# Limit Structures

This file is used to create Limit Structures in bulk. For information on how to upload Limit Structures using this file, see [Upload new limits](../using-limits/create-limit#upload-new-limits).

  There is a one-to-one relationship between the limit structure’s name and the KPI created when a limit is added to the structure. Atoti Limits uses data validation to prevent multiple structures from having the same name.
